Circuit Training- TRX- Boot Camp- Spinning-

  As each instructor gets to know you, your body, your strengths & weaknesses, and personal goals, we create workouts for the group designed with each individual in mind.  We don't just string some exercises together haphazardly, or for our own personal workouts. We are here for you to find and then challenge your personal best. Some days we might workout along with you, to encourage you and keep you on pace & motivated, at other times we may be there coaching you through the exercises and looking for optimal form. Our workouts are results driven. They are unique to our facility, created by our professional staff. Our workouts are always changing to meet your  needs. So what have you got to lose? Try a class today. You will not be disappointed.

Spinning -  Burn some serious calories with this cardiovascular journey, performed on the stationary Spinner bikes. Rolling hills, flat road sprints, or maybe a monstrous climb?  Spinning doesn't involve a lot of coordination; and it's easier to concentrate on your form than in other types of aerobics. Although you follow the general instructions of trainer, you are in control when it comes to your ride. You’ll have no problem finishing a spin training session, regardless of your fitness level, since you can simply adjust your pace or the tension knob on the bike.

Circuit Training- Be the awe and envy of all your friends! Circuit training is time efficient, high intensity, strength, cardio and flexibility training all wrapped into a easy into follow format. Kettle bells, TRX, medicine balls, and other functional equipment are utilized in this class. 


TRX Intervals- Make your body your machine, TRX® Suspension Training® harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you train. Adding supercharged cardio intervals to get maximum results in minimal time.

Boot Camp Basics- Get ready for one of our week long Boot Camps. Through combined cardiovascular activities, strength training exercises - all you need is HEART & DESIRE. Zumba®- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out. With Zumba® you can achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning. Participants should wear comfortable active clothing . Shoes should be comfortable with plenty of cushion and lateral support.


Metabolic Machine- If you want to Build Strength and Muscular Endurance, get more defined muscles, strip fat, turn your body into a fat burning engine, or take your fitness to the next level, then this is the training for you.   Tabata style intervals, performed in a circuit cycling 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated over and over for several minutes. Dr. Izumi Tabata and a team of researchers from the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo, Japan developed their groundbreaking 1996 study, published in the journal ‘Medicine and Science in Sports & Exercise’, providing documented evidence of the dramatic effects of high-intensity interval training. In just 6 weeks of testing, Dr. Tabata noted a 28% increase in anaerobic capacity in his subjects, along with a 14% increase in their ability to consume oxygen (V02 Max). These results were witnessed in already physically fit athletes.   Tabata interval training could do more to boost aerobic and anaerobic capacity than an hour of endurance exercise.


 

SilverSneakers® – Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


SilverSneakers® – Cardio Circuit Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head-to-toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position. Coming soon…


SilverSneakers® YogaStretch  will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. 31Ten Zen …Pilates/ Suspension Yoga Schedule Please per-register for all Pilates & Suspension yoga equipment sessions. Training sessions are limited to 6 or 8 per class.  

We have a full equipment Pilates studio, with training for every fitness level. Training that you will not find any where else  like aerial fitness & suspension yoga, both taught in the yoga swing.


Level 1 Pilates Reformer  -Harmonize the body and mind and create balance within the muscles. Once again you will enjoy pain free movement as your body is trained how to move for optimal performance. You will be guided through the fundamentals of Pilates with special attention to detail, In order to build a strong Pilates foundation. Please start by taking three Level 1 training sessions before moving on to another Pilates class.


Level 2 Pilates Reformer  - This Training  focuses mainly on the Pilates reformer intermediate to advanced exercises. Pr-requisite of 3 level  1 classes, or mixed level classes.

Pilates Chair- The Pilates chair is considered to be the most challenging piece of Pilates equipment in terms of building strength in the legs and shoulders. Challenge yourself with this cutting edge full body workout that gets you in shape from the inside out. Your Instructor will demonstrate, assist and correct throughout the session so that you know your alignment and body positions are correct and achieving maximum muscle strength.

Mixed Apparatus training- Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, bands, balls, tubing, TRX, Arc and more. This specialty class allows for a deeper, better rounded Pilates experience. Elevate your body awareness at an accelerated rate.  It is very important to have previous experience on all the equipment prior to taking this class and is recommended that you take 10 or more of the other Pilates classes we offer, or 10 private training sessions. 


Suspension Yoga- Suspension Yoga is a
unique fusion technique, revolutionary in relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe. The Anti-Gravity Hammock acts as a soft trapeze and as a support while you master simple inversions and finally progress to more advanced poses. All fitness levels are welcome.

Aerial Fitness-  Aerial fitness is a unique fusion of yoga, Pilates & core work. It's revolutionary in relieving compressed joints and aligning the body from head to toe.
